The firm's memory
Working definition
What the company knows and the agents can use. Shared memory is what every agent reads; individual memory is what one agent keeps in the tools it works in.
Not to be confused with
- A conversation's context: it disappears when the conversation ends; memory persists.
Example. Our shared memory is one workspace every agent reads. Each agent also keeps its own notes where it works.
