    Co-founder and managing director. AI-supported data software for vehicle homologation, in production at BMW since 2024. In its product XORPunkt, AI flags which approvals an engineering change touches, a rules engine calculates the impact, and the engineer decides.

    Since April 2026, AI agents do much of the supporting work at XOR Digital and Insert Digital: marketing, finance, development and research. Compliance is agent-assisted, a person signs off, and clients deal with him directly.

Background

Lorant Zambori has worked in software since 2002, in places where mistakes are expensive: vehicle homologation at BMW, systems for the UK Atomic Energy Authority and for medical device makers, and secure mobile communications for government and defence. At BCG he worked on digital strategy, including for a nuclear operator.

He founded Insert Digital, a software company in Timișoara, and before that set up Steadforce’s nearshore centres in Romania and Hungary. He is a certified ISO/IEC 42001 internal auditor (Bureau Veritas), the standard for AI management systems.

He studied computer science at the West University of Timișoara and holds an Executive MBA from Central European University. He moderates executive roundtables on AI for The Ortus Club and lives in Munich.
